Publicationstype of publicationsAll publications have been hand-set in letterpress or wooden letters or a combination. Nearly all publications are sewn and provided with a strong binding. The sewing is usually done by Carolien Verdam. A few have hardcovers and slipcases. Professional handbinders having worked for Mercator Press include David Simileavich, formerly in Amsterdam, and Erik Schots, at Krommenie.
